3 Beauties Academy is a beauty salon that offers services such as tattoo removal, lash extensions, and eyebrow embroidery. They also offer certified beauty courses as well to anyone interested in learning the technical skils required to become a specialist in the beauty industry.
3 Beauties is accredited by PhiAcademy, which is internationally reknowned for ensuring that all certified beauty artists / therapists meets the stringent certification standards for practicing beauty treatments.
Goals
Customer Growth (Tattoo Removal & Eyebrow Tattoo Removal)
3 Beauties’ primary goal was to increase the number of new customers being acquired through TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads.
The main types of customers they wanted to acquire were people interested in Body Tattoo Removal or Eyebrow Tattoo Removal treatments. They had an ongoing promotion of $90 for tattoo removal treatments for new customers.
Challenges
Underperforming Ad Creatives
Before we were hired, 3 Beauties’ TikTok and Facebook Ads campaigns contained ad creative that did not capture people’s attention while they were scrolling. Their ad creatives looked too commercial and took too long to finish watching, which was unfit for TikTok and Facebook users with a lower attention span.
We needed a strong creative strategy to capture the attention of 3 Beauties’ target audience. As their marketing agency, we needed to help 3 Beauties Academy create and setup a Lead Generation campaign on TikTok and Facebook that captures the attention of their target audience and persuades them sign up for their new promotion.
Low Lead Volume
As a result of low engagement on 3 Beauties’ ad creatives, their conversion rates suffered and had a low amount of leads being generated.
Knowing this, we had to create something that would solve these 2 challenges to help 3 Beauties make a profit from their advertising efforts.
Strategies
Unconventional Content Creation
The key to higher engagement for us was using unconventional methods to create ad creatives. As such, we removed the commercial elements when creating their new ad creatives and used our maximum creative brainpower to create something that works by repurposing their existing content and integrating it with stock content.

The unconvential Reels helped 3 Beauties see significant improvements in engagement rates and conversion rates.
In both TikTok and Facebook ads, since we added the Reels in and started running the new Lead Generation campaigns, we generated 108 leads for them in a month maintaining a low CPA of only $15!
